When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from the La Casa del Mantel y La Sábana warehouse in Polígono Guadalhorce in Málaga. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed at the time of the order date and will be shipped on or after the processing day. We do not prepare orders on holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Bengui's Home has two types of shipping practically everywhere where shipping is made.

In the payment screen you can see if there are two modes (Standard or Express) and the time of each of them.

In Spain the shipping methods are as follows:

1. Standard Shipping: The parcel service takes between 48 and 72 hours to send the order.

2. Express Shipping: The parcel service takes 24 hours to ship your order.

During the sales period, Black Friday or Christmas, orders may take a little longer. We recommend express shipping on these dates.
